Beryl Air Administrative Assistant

Contract Position: May-August 2019

We are seeking someone with professional experience and good communication skills that can answer phones and questions, take reservations and schedule trips for our single aircraft. This position would allow someone to work from anywhere they had phone and internet access. This job would require more time in July and August (peak season), and less in May, June and September.

 Duties:

-       answering phone and checking email, responding to inquiries, taking reservations, managing schedules

-       manage company website and social media posts

-       if/when in office, welcome and help customers

-       communicate with pilot regarding schedules and loads

-       maintain and document own schedule and hours

Qualifications:

 -       Comparable job experience and references

-       Strong communication skills

-       Strong organizational skills

-       Proficiency in multiple computer programs: email, scheduling, website management, social media

-       Good people skills

-       Problem-solver

-       Energetic

-       Creativity is a plus

-       Bookkeeping skills are a plus
